Working at OODALOOP
We're running a flat organization with teams in Odense and Aarhus collaborating daily on tasks within R&D, product development, customer engagement and team activities. We work to make a difference for the defence of Europe and celebrate the many small milestones we as a team overcome as we grow. Our team is guided by a core set of values putting effectiveness of our products and decency as a company culture first.
We're tech-savvy and bring very different backgrounds and experiences into our team. We have the ability to invest as needed and feel the responsibility to give our part in bringing a sense of security back to Europe.
Employment requires that the employee must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service. This entails, among others, that the employee's full household, as a minimum, has stayed within NATO/EU countries for the last 7 years, only interrupted by short stays abroad, and that none of the full household members has committed serious criminal offences.
We're open for hybrid work on a case by case basis.
How to apply
We plan to onboard our new colleagues as soon as possible and look forward to receive your application on a on-going basis. We will invite selected candidates for a in-person conversation with our CTO and Head of R&D in Odense during November.
